How to Order a Pen & Ink Portrait
The simple answer to How to Order a Pen & Ink Portrait is very simple. Just take a roll of film of the subject you want to be illustrated and send the photos/slides to me by regular mail, Email...whichever is most convenient for you. Upon receipt, arrangements can be made to contact you to discuss details of your final portrait including size, composition and price.
Take as many photos as you believe will help the artist formulate an image and composition of your chosen subject.
Shown above is an example of the primary photograph selected from the roll used for the finished Home Portrait composition.
The Life Portrait can be organized with photos of the various items that will be used to develop the final composition.
Keep in mind the artist has to be able to see the subject as clearly and in the best possible perspective...so clear photos are the key to the best final result.
Pricing will vary depending on the overall size of the finished image.
